VRAM Fit is a static reference site about running large language models on local hardware. This policy explains what is and is not collected when you visit.

What we collect ourselves

We operate a static site. There are no user accounts, no comment forms that store data on our servers, and no newsletter sign-ups. The calculator on the site runs entirely in your browser; the numbers you enter are never sent to us or to any server. We do not keep a database of visitors and we do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or health information anywhere on the site.

Cookies and third-party advertising

This site displays advertising through Google AdSense. AdSense and related Google services place cookies in your browser to:

• Limit how many times you see the same advertisement.
• Measure how ads perform across sites.
• Serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other sites, where permitted by your ad settings.
• Detect invalid activity and keep the ad system working.

These cookies are set and read by Google, not by us. You can manage or disable them through your browser settings or Google’s Ads Settings and the About Ads opt-out page. Disabling them does not break the calculator or the articles.

Analytics tools

If you want data removed from those systems, the controls they provide are the correct path.

Children

This site is written for technically literate adults working with local model software. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of consent in their region.

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
